COLT FOOTBALL ANNOUNCEMENTS

Colt athletes and parents,

The school year is winding down and we are looking forward to another successful football season next fall. As you make plans for your summer please keep in mind the following dates and opportunities to prepare for the season. Below is a schedule of available summer workout activities. Please note that attendance is not required or used as a basis for roster placement when the season begins. Participation is voluntary and athletes will not be penalized for not attending.

FOOTBALL WORKOUTS:

• When: 6-7:30pm Tuesday-Thursday, 7/5/22 through 7/28/22
• Where: CCMS Practice field behind Crook County Middle School
• What: Athletes are going to be working on skill development, agility drills and having fun.
• Athletes need to bring water and wear cleats (if they have them).

PIG SKIN CAMP:

• When: 4-5:30pm Monday-Thursday, 8/1/22 through 8/4/22
• Where: CCHS Practice field behind Crooked River Elementary
• What: Position specific drills ran by CCHS Coaches and athletes

CROOK COUNTY FAIR WEEK:

o When: 8/8/22 through 8/12/22

• What: No workouts this Be smart, stay safe.

COLT FOOTBALL CLINIC:

• When: 6-8pm, Monday-Thursday, 8/15/22 through 8/25/22
• Where: CCMS Practice field behind Crook County Middle School
• What: We will be working on skill improvement, passing routes, and insertion of plays.

PRACTICE BEGINS:

• Need to get cleared through the office (fees, insurance and physical).

• First day for practice will be 8/29/22 (only for those cleared).
• Practices will be 3:30-6:00, 8/29/22 through 9/1/22.
• When school begins on 9/6/22 practices are every day there is school.
