**CCMS TRACK BEGINS MONDAY MARCH 14^th!!!

-Open to ALL 6/7/8^th graders!

Registration papers are available on-line here or at the CCMS Office

Deadline for sign-ups was FRIDAY – MARCH 18^th!

Every Athlete:

• Must have an Emergency Medical Card turned in to their coach.
• Required to have a current physical on file.
• Must be covered by health insurance.
• Needs to turn in a permission form.
